Shopping for the holidays? Holiday orders can be returned until January 31, 2027, so gifts can be swapped after the wrapping paper is gone.
How to return an item
It takes about two minutes to start.
- Email usSend your name and order number to support@trublifit.com.
- Get your free labelOnce your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Ship it backPack the item and drop it off. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.
- Get your refundWe inspect your return and refund your original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the item you have, then place a new order for the one you want once your return is approved.
How long does a refund take?
We'll email you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically. Your bank or card company may take a few business days to post it.
I paid with Buy with Prime. How do I return it?
Some Buy with Prime orders can be returned through Amazon. Start a Buy with Prime return or read Amazon's return policy.
Can I send it back without contacting you first?
Please email us first. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.
What if something breaks after 30 days?
Every TrubliFit product comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Email support@trublifit.com with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
